Countries – EMRate Median Comparison
Median (%) – Excess Mortality by Country, Mean, Time Periods
To study mortality trends over different time periods, median values [averaging over time] are an excellent tool. These charts compare median values (%) [excess mortality] for the time periods from 2020 through 2024, as well as the periods from 2020 to March 2022 [Period 1] and April 2022 to 2024 [Period 2].
The chosen turning point is based on two factors: first, the de facto shift in mortality patterns in a large number of countries worldwide, and second, a possible link to the start date of the Russia-Ukraine war [February 24, 2022] and the accompanying tightening of the “U.S. Security Agreement” — a boycott of Chinese mobile infrastructure [security risk, espionage, surveillance].
The U.S. is a very powerful player on the international stage, influencing a very large number of countries—directly or indirectly—including through the requirements specified in “U.S. Security Agreements,” which is likely to be reflected in countries’ EMRates as those requirements increased in connection with the Russia-Ukraine war —that is, whether 4G+/5G radiation is involved in the actual mortality outcomes, both before and after the start of the Russia-Ukraine war.

US Security Agreement
The “U.S. Security Agreement” is a set of regulations intended, among other things, to prevent the implementation of Chinese products and software in countries’ mobile and data infrastructure, citing national security concerns, potential Chinese espionage activities, and China’s generally strong and reciprocal ties to Russia. In addition to the U.S., the EU and NATO are strong and proactive players on these issues, including, among other things, exchange programs for installed Chinese network technology and requirements to use U.S.-approved products in mobile and data networks.
